Sticking Again
I haven’t lost any weight again this week and when I first got weighed I was very disappointed. I’ve had at least as good a week as last week. However in time it has taken me to sort myself out to write this blog, the delight little cramps have started which signal the start of TOM. So at least I know what it was. I just wish it was a monthly occurance, currently it is more like 2 weeks on and 1 week off, which is no fun let me tell you. I think it is time to go back to the docs again.
So this week I guess it’s a case of trying to keep eating right and once this latest go is over I’ll hopefully see the results!

Don’t ya just love that visit, seems like it shows up at the worst time possible. I had to have my birth control pills switched to get rid of the 2 weeks on 1 off thing and it was well worth it to go to the dr.
Hey Sue, that TOM is a real bastard, isn’t he lol?? Don’t stress though, you’re definitely on the right track. You’ll get this. Look at that ticker, ever moving down! Keep up the great work and don’t let this little TOM get in the way of your ultimate goal!! Hugs! xoxo
TOM is due for me soon…its a bitch…I have found that no matter how crappy you feel…exercise does relieve cramping a tad…Keep going and hang in there!
Don’t let that horrible TOM demotivate you lol, I am sure you will see the results when he has gone! Keep positive and remember how well you have been doing, it will start falling again soon, for now just concentrate on keeping up with your new healthyness because EVERY day counts.
and you’re right blogging definitely helps so keep us updated with how things are going, and keep thinking of your lovely trip coming up in november. It will allll be worth it when we reach our goals. Keep up with the hard work sue, you can do it! x
