I need to shake things up a bit

I gained 1lb this week and I can’t even blame it on TOM this time. I’ve just become a bit lax and some old habits have crept back in.

I need something to shake this up a bit, I’ve been doing this for 7 months and have come a long way but have so much further to go.

Anyone any ideas of how I can get a boost to get things moving again?

    You are doing great and don’t let a little slip throw you off track. Have you tried wrtting down everything you eat, cause it really does help.

    How about asking a pal to be a walking buddy (in person, or online). That way you have someone, aside from yourself, to hold you accountable. Plus walking with a friend is far more fun than walking all by your lonesome. You’ve been having great progress….keep up the FABULOUS work!

    Add some new healthy foods to your diet to help break the rut. Look for in season yummy fruits and veggies. I bought a crate of Clementines that make wonderful snacks, and I don’t feel like eating junk afterwards. Melons, artichokes and well-topped salads are good choices for me. Just add something new that is good for you AND that you really enjoy the taste of. Hope this idea helps.
