Here we go

Well I’ve weighed in and it’s a bit worse than I hoped but that’ll happen when you eat everything in sight for 6 weeks. I’m back onto it now. I had my porridge this morning and scrambled eggs for lunch. After managing to loss so much last year (before the blip) I’m determined to do even better this year. I’m sure this is the first time I have started a year weighing less than I did the year before.

I was due to go for a nice long walk with someone I met on another site this morning but I’ve damaged my knee again, basically by falling out of bed at 3 o’clock on Friday morning and I’m not up to it right now. I need to up my exercise level but I guess I’m juts going to have to take it slowly.

I’m stocked up with all my favourite “good” food and as my favourite drink is cider I’ve managed to find a low calorie version, so I can have an occasional drink.

Here’s hoping for a good week!

    Hey Sue! Nice to see you! I’m just back as well and hoping to have a better go at it this year, even though I feel off the wagon and gained back ten pounds, like you, I’m still less than last year and that is an accomplishment right there! Looks like we are starting off about even here, so here’s to a grand year for the both of us!
